We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Expeditor to join our team supporting operations across Dammam and Jubail, KSA.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Act as the Client’s operational focal point at Supplier locations for assigned production orders and related activities.
- Proactively coordinate and expedite activities with Suppliers, transport providers and other involved parties.
- Follow up on production progress, materials, shipments, documentation, inspections and transport requirements through to completion.
- Drive responsible parties to meet agreed schedules, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks early.
- Maintain accurate trackers and provide regular Client updates on progress, outstanding actions and expected completion dates.
- Escalate delays, non-performance, operational issues and HSSEQ concerns that may impact agreed schedules.
WHO ARE YOU:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in expediting, supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing or a similar role.
- Strong expediting, coordination and follow-up skills with a proactive and persistent approach.
- Able to independently manage multiple priorities and drive actions to completion within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, tracking and reporting skills with good written and spoken English.
- Valid Saudi Arabia driving licence.
- Knowledge of OCTG/oil & gas, SAP and Arabic would be an advantage.
