Your Challenge
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Oversee procurement and vendor relationships.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and projects.
- Office Management:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
- Manage driver schedules and maintain the company vehicle fleet.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries.
- Liaise with clients and oversee annual client satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage social media content.
- Policy & Compliance:
- Develop and update company policies and ensure alignment with local regulations.
- CSR and Engagement Support:
- Partner with local organizations for CSR initiatives and organize community events.
- Track outcomes and propose improvements for employee engagement activities.
Who Are You
- Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in oil and gas or service industries.
- Knowledge of UAE laws and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
