We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our vibrant team at our Cyprus facility.  

Your Challenge

  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with audit queries, particularly minor queries related to supplier invoices and bank payments.
  • Update cash payment forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • File invoices, bank payments, and correspondence systematically.
  • Ensure all supplier invoices are reviewed and signed by the corresponding manager and posted in the software accordingly.
  • Handle and reconcile petty cash, maintaining and updating the petty cash register.
  • Post bank payments and perform monthly reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly valuation sheets for clients and issuing invoices.
  • Assist with VAT payment queries and documentation.
  • Support the Finance Department by addressing daily queries and requirements.
  • Assist with office administration duties, including the preparation of internal and external documentation in accordance with purchasing procedures.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding pending invoices.
  • Assist with executing online payments.
  • Run all errands which are related to the Finance Department.

Who Are You

  • Education & Experience:
      • Possess valid work experience in similar role, particularly in payables and receivables functions.
      • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Fluent in both Greek and English — written and spoken.
