Join our team by supporting and assisting the MedservRegis Corporate HSSEQ & Sustainability Coordinator in coordinating the implementation of the MedservRegis HSSEQ Management System, EHS, SharePoint, Business Development and Sustainability Systems, as well as the Local HSSEQ team where required.

 

Your Challenge

  • Assist with ensuring all company documents are reviewed, approved and controlled within MedservRegis Corporate and Business Unit Document Registers.
  • Assist in maintaining the MedservRegis HSSEQ Management System records and documentation within Group to maintain compliance to ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001.
  • Assist with training employees on how to use the MedservRegis desktop and mobile EHS System modules
  • Assist with HSSEQ Help Desk tickets and continual improvement programs (KPIs).
  • Assist with HSSEQ and Sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Assist with Group Business Development submissions for expressions of interest, requests for contracts and invitations to tender.
  • Perform other tasks within the general scope of HSSEQ as required.

 

Who You Are

Education & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Tertiary Level of education
  • Sound knowledge in the use of web-based tools, Microsoft Office and Cloud Based Systems
  • Clean Driving Licence

Experience:

  • Proven experience in HSSEQ systems and activities.
  • Familiarity with web-based tools such as Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
  • Experience in an H&S operations environment.

Skills & Competencies (Essential):

  • Proficient typing skills, good organisational skills, good time management, ability to follow procedures and detail oriented
  • Basic analytical, data capturing and electronic storage experience
  • Ability to communicate with team and Senior Management
  • Assertive; can work independently without much guidance or supervision

Desired Attributes:

  • Experience in managing quality documentation functions within an ISO certified environment.
  • Experience of quality management systems
  • Internal Auditor Qualification
  • Experience creating management reports inclusive of data collection and analysis
  • Qualifications in business administration or supply chain administration
