Your Challenge…
- Control and maintain Company’s quality system, environmental system , health and safety system, security and compliance system with MedservRegis HSSEQ -Management System.
- Client contract requirements and relevant ISO standards requirements (SharePoint & EHS System).
- Undertake the duties of the Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).
- Manage Quality aspects of site procedures for ensuring all are relevant, communicated and controlled.
- Support Control of Work requirements, LiveSafe Conversations / Toolbox Talks & HSSEQ Inductions.
- Perform and or assist in accident/incident investigations and the compilation of reports, record and monitor relevant corrective actions to close out.
- Provision of the coaching, training, and auditing requirements for the promotion of the MedservRegis HSSEQ strategy.
- Maintain HSSEQ records, statistics and reports in accordance with MedservRegis Group requirements.
- Ensure all site safety inspections and emergency drills are carried out according to the site programme are carried out and corrective action taken where required.
- Line manage HSSEQ coordinators for ensuring Daily, Monthly, Annual, Audit Plan & Verification HSSEQ plans are executed to expectations.
- Support the HSSEQ Compliance Coordinator for ensuring Operational lifting equipment accessories, working at height equipment, CCU fleet certifications and Falco Frames are Certified, and inspections are in date.
- Provide support to the Country Manager and the Chief HSSEQ Officer for any other requests.
Who Are You…
- A professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HSSEQ supervisory role.
- Hold a tertiary-level qualification in a relevant field.
- Ideally, possess a NEBOSH General Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Preferably certified as an Auditor by a recognized body.
- Experienced in lifting operations within the Oil & Gas, Marine, or Onshore sectors.
- Proven ability in managing HSSEQ system activities in an Oil & Gas, Marine, or Onshore environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong personal commitment to HSSEQ principles and best practices.
- Proficient in management system applications and incident investigation.
- Skilled in using web-based tools, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems.
