We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HSSEQ Supervisor in Mozambique.

Your Challenge
- Act as a physical presence during operations that demand HSSEQ oversight.
- Ensure hazardous materials on site are managed in line with RML procedures and local legislation.
- Monitor and support critical works, implementing STOP work procedures when necessary and promoting a safety-first culture.
- Conduct and supervise site inspections, ensuring compliance with Emergency Response Plans (ERP), equipment standards, and risk assessments.
- Oversee operational safety documentation, including job instructions and permits to work.
- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain the SHOC register, compiling reports for KPI tracking.
- Encourage reporting of incidents and near misses, contributing to lessons learned.
- Support incident investigations and follow-up on accidents, incidents, and near-miss occurrences.
- Comply with MedservRegis policies and Life Saving Rules, attending all required training.
- Perform additional tasks related to HSSEQ as required by management.
Who Are You
- Education & Qualifications:

- HSE Qualification (e.g., NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent).

- Experience:

- Proven experience in HSSEQ systems and activities.
- Familiarity with web-based tools such as Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
- Experience in an H&S operations environment.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Capable of multitasking with minimal supervision.
