Your Challenge
- HR Support and Coordination:
- Implement HR strategies and plans that align with company objectives.
- Provide comprehensive HR services and administrative support to the local team.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations within the UAE office.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage onboarding for new employees and ensure completion of necessary documentation.
- Support performance management activities and maintain accurate records of employee reviews.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, escalating complex issues to HR management when needed.
- Assist in coordinating staff accommodation arrangements for the operations team.
- Promote and organize employee participation in CSR activities and company events to boost morale.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records in payroll software, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documentation and reports.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant programs for employees.
- Maintain training records and support career development initiatives.
- Organize and oversee training sessions to enhance employee growth.
- Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Management:
- Administer compensation and benefits for UAE employees, ensuring timely renewals.
- Address employee queries related to benefits and entitlements.
- Manage payroll data, ensuring accurate records of attendance, leave, and other variables.
- Prepare payroll for submission, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- HR Operations and Reporting:
- Manage the Time and Attendance system for UAE offices and sites.
- Compile and analyse data for payroll processing and generate accurate submissions.
- Prepare detailed HR reports on recruitment, training, and employee turnover.
- Support various HR projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Who Are You
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of UAE labour laws and immigration regulations.
- Experience in the same industry or project-based environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software systems.
