Your Challenge

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
  • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
  • Support in all the accounting activity of the company on a day to day basis.
  • Assist in day-to-day business processes, including sales, purchasing, and banking cycles.
  • Support in preparation of the annual financial statements.
  • Preparation of IFRS schedules as per group requirements.
  • Preparation of group reporting package quarterly.
  • Preparation of impairment assessments.
  • Ensure that Company HSSEQ requirements are strictly followed and adhered.

Who Are You

  • Holds 4-5 years’ previous experience as a Management Accountant or similar position will be considered an asset.
  • Holder of a relevant graduate degree or ACCA.
  • Proficient in accounting standards with strong knowledge in IFRS.
  • Proficient in accounting software, with an additional advantage if experienced in Microsoft Business Central.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with taxation regulations in the Middle East is necessary.
  • Experience working with a European conglomerate will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
