We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing safe, reliable, and enjoyable travel experiences for our clients to be part of our dynamic team at our logistical base in Birzebbuga, Malta.

Your Challenge

  • Transport passengers according to guidelines provided by the Client Support Team.
  • Monitor flight schedules and delays using the Malta Airport website.
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and equipment.
  • Facilitate passengers’ immigration procedures.
  • Adhere to traffic regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspection checks, documenting findings in the Vehicle Inspection Form and submitting forms for approval daily.
  • Immediately report any vehicle malfunctions to the Client Support Team Leader/Coordinators.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside.
  • Refuel the vehicle when necessary.
  • Conduct patrols at Hal Far Yard base area and document findings/damages.
  • Deliver documents as directed by the Client Support Team.
  • Purchase or collect items as instructed by the Client Support Team.
  • Interact with clients professionally.
  • Drive carefully and use Bluetooth devices to answer/make calls.
  • Deposit cheques in the bank as requested by the Client Support Team.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Client Support Team and other departments within the organization
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety rules
  • Submit documents and applications to Embassies/Consulates and the Maltese Central Visa Unit (CVU) as required.

Who Are You

  • Holds a minimum one (1) year of valid work experience in similar role.
  • Have a good knowledge of written and spoken of Maltese and English communication.
  • Holder of a valid and clean driving license, category B and C.
  • Holder of a valid work permit issued by respective Maltese authorities.
  •  Ideally, holder of a valid First Aid certification.
  • Ideally in possession of certificate of professional competence (CPC).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS and maps
  • Excellent driving skills and safety record
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
  • Able and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
