It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that MedservRegis announces the passing of our esteemed founding partner and former Director, Mr. Anthony (Tony) James Duncan, on the 13th of December, 2025.

Tony was more than just a founder; he was a pillar of our organization. As described by his long-time business partner and friend, Anthony Diacono, Tony was a “true gentleman with a calm demeanour and a kind heart.”

From the very beginning, Tony played a pivotal role in the development of the Group. While he often shied away from the spotlight, his influence was omnipresent. He worked shoulder-to-shoulder with his partners and colleagues for decades, helping to design the strategy and influence the growth of the company he helped build.

Tony was a leader who understood that the true value of a company lies in its people. He recognized that the Group’s main asset was its professional team, and the deep respect held for him by every member of the MedservRegis family is a testament to his leadership and character.

We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Lee, his family, and his many friends. We hope they find comfort and guidance during this difficult time.

Tony’s absence will be deeply felt, but his legacy—and the company he helped shape—will live on.
