The Company is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Medserv International Ltd, has entered into a new framework agreement for the provision of marine agency services in Suriname with a leading international engineering and drilling contractor operating in the country.

The agreement will remain in effect until 15 December 2029 and is expected to generate multi-million US dollar revenues over its term, subject to the issuance of work orders under the framework arrangement from time to time.

This contract further strengthens the Group’s footprint in Suriname and the wider Caribbean region, supporting Medserv’s strategic objective to expand its integrated logistics and marine services offering across established and emerging energy hubs.
