This role plays a critical part in safeguarding health, safety, security, environmental, and quality standards across our operations, while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Challenge…

  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the company’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Security Management Systems in line with MedservRegis HSSEQ-MS, client contractual requirements, and applicable ISO standards (via SharePoint and EHS systems).
  • Support the review and control of site procedures to ensure they remain current, effectively communicated, and consistently applied.
  • Support compliance with Control of Work requirements, including participation in toolbox talks, and HSSEQ inductions.
  • Assist the HSSEQ Compliance Coordinator in ensuring all operational equipment (lifting accessories, working at height equipment, CCU fleet, Falco Frames) is properly certified, inspected, and within valid compliance periods.
  • Ensure HSSEQ records, statistics, and reports are accurately maintained in line with MedservRegis Group requirements.
  • Conduct and/or support accident and incident investigations.
  • Ensure timely reporting, accurate documentation, and effective tracking and close-out of corrective actions.
  • Assist in delivering HSSEQ coaching, training, and awareness initiatives to promote the MedservRegis HSSEQ strategy.
  • Support workforce engagement through safety initiatives and best practice sharing.
  • Support the planning and execution of site safety inspections and emergency drills in line with the site programme.
  • Ensure corrective actions arising from inspections, audits, and drills are monitored and closed out effectively.
  • Support and guide HSSEQ Coordinators in executing daily, monthly, annual, and audit/verification HSSEQ plans.
  • Assist in coordinating HSSEQ activities across the site to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Act as Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) when required, ensuring compliance with all relevant security regulations and protocols.
  • Provide ongoing support to the HSSEQ Manager, Country Manager, and Chief HSSEQ Officer.

Who Are You…

  • A professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HSSEQ supervisory role.
  • Hold a tertiary-level qualification in a relevant field.
  • Ideally, possess a NEBOSH General Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably certified as an Auditor by a recognized body.
  • Experienced in lifting operations within the Oil & Gas, Marine, or Onshore sectors.
  • Proven ability in managing HSSEQ system activities in an Oil & Gas, Marine, or Onshore environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong personal commitment to HSSEQ principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in management system applications and incident investigation.
  • Skilled in using web-based tools, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems.
