The MedservRegis team in Malta carried out a scheduled offshore oil spill response drill alongside a vessel.
The exercise simulated an environmental emergency scenario, enabling personnel to test response equipment, including the boom, powered dinghy, and communication systems, while practicing containment and coordination procedures. The drill focused on controlled deployment of equipment, effective communication with relevant authorities, and execution of clean-up measures in line with local regulatory requirements.
