We are currently looking for a motivated and safety-focused Yard Operator to join our team at our Onshore Logistics Base in Limassol. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support daily logistics operations, cargo handling, lifting activities, and the safe movement of equipment across our base.

Key Responsibilities
As a Yard Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting loading, offloading, and cargo handling operations.
- Performing banksman and slinger duties during lifting operations.
- Communicating clearly with crane operators and rigging teams to ensure safe lifting activities.
- Operating forklifts, company vehicles, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with pipe handling, container slinging, mud plant activities, and other yard operations.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, including waste management and keeping work areas clean.
- Reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses while actively promoting a strong safety culture.
- Following all Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality (HSSEQ) procedures.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A clean driving licence and clean criminal record.
- Fluency in Greek and basic English communication skills.
- Experience working in logistics, cargo handling, or industrial operations.
- A Banksman & Slinger certification (or equivalent); a forklift licence is considered an advantage.
- A proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A flexible, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety.
