MedservRegis is looking for an experienced HSSEQ Assistant to join our team at our Onshore Logistics Base in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive safety professional who is passionate about maintaining the highest Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) standards in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an HSSEQ Assistant, you will support the safe and efficient delivery of operations by:

  • Coordinating daily operational HSSEQ documentation and permit requirements.
  • Providing on-site safety guidance and coaching to personnel.
  • Conducting site inspections, audits, emergency drills, and safety inductions.
  • Preparing HSSEQ reports and maintaining the MedservRegis EHS management system.
  • Delivering toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety briefings.
  • Supporting incident investigations and promoting a strong safety culture across the site.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental requirements and applicable HSE legislation.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A recognised HSSEQ qualification (NEBOSH, NVQ, IOSH or equivalent).
  • Internal Audit certification.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Experience within the oil and gas service industry, including quayside and pipe yard operations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and coaching skills.
  • A proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.
