The authorised share capital of the Company comprises 120,000,000 ordinary shares and all shares have a nominal value of €0.10. The issued share capital is of €10,163,763.40 divided into 101,637,634 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.10 each (ISIN: MT0000310103). All shares in issue are fully paid-up. All shares in the Company have the same rights and entitlements and rank pari passu between themselves.
