MEDSERVREGIS ISSUE OF €13 MILLION 5% SECURED BONDS 2029

In terms of Capital Market Rule 4.48, notice is hereby given that MedservRegis p.l.c. (the “Issuer”) has issued a prospectus dated 9 November 2022, (the “Prospectus”) in relation to an issue of €13 million 5% Secured Bonds due 2029 (the “Bonds”).

The Bonds have a nominal value of €100 per Bond and are being offered at par (€100 nominal).

The Bonds, maturing in 2029, are being issued in accordance with the Capital Market Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority. The Bonds are expected to be listed on the Malta Stock Exchange on 20 December 2022 and trading may commence thereafter.
