MedservRegis plc is a publicly traded company. The Company became listed on the Malta Stock Exchange in October 2006.
The Company’s authorized share capital consists of 120,000,000 ordinary shares, all with a nominal value of €0.10. The issued share capital amounts to €10,163,763.40, divided into 101,637,634 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of €0.10. All the shares currently in circulation are fully paid-up and possess equal rights and entitlements, ranking equally among themselves.
