The National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE) officially presented Medserv Operations Ltd. with the Equality Mark Certification at the annual NCPE conference on the 2nd May of last year.
This certification is based on evidence of a true commitment by Medserv Operations Ltd. to implement relevant policies and practices that concern gender equality and family friendly measures at the place of work and in the access to and provision of goods and services.
In the past months Medserv`s HR department in Malta was being audited by NCPE in relation to Equality Practices within the organisation. Following this process Medserv Operations has been certified for another period of 3 years with the Equality Mark.
